Mark Winters was born in Greenville, MS into the home of Rev. Royce & Jane Winters.  At the age of 16, Mark graduated from New Life Christian Academy (Greenville, MS), began preaching, and serving as a youth pastor.
 
On April 7, 1990 Mark married Theresa Roberts.  Shortly thereafter, he was elected as MS Section 7 Youth Director.   In July 1992, the Winters began traveling as full-time evangelism.
 
In December 1995, Mark assumed the role of youth pastor, then assistant pastor at Word Alive Revival Center in Wiggins, MS.  During his five year tenure at WARC, he was elected as MS Section 8 Youth Director, and appointed as MS District Youth Promotions Director.  He also served as the secretary for the Stone County Ministerial Alliance. He was ordained with the United Pentecostal Church in May 1999.

 

In December 2000, the Winters moved to Denham Springs, LA to work with the Ministers of Music Association.  During that time, they began attending the First Pentecostal Church of Denham Springs and were involved in home Bible studies, Bible quizzing, youth and music ministries, as well as maintaining an active preaching schedule. In April 2003, the Winters family returned to full-time evangelism, and continue to travel extensively throughout the United State and internationally
 
The Winters still reside in Denham Springs, and base their evangelistic ministry from the First Pentecostal Church, under the impeccable leadership of Pastor & Sis. W. Ray Johnson.
Mark also serves as the Evangelist Coordinator for the MS District UPCI.
